Frasers Group Chief Customer Officer David Clark is set to join Marks & Spencer in August as Director of Online, Omnichannel & Partnerships. At Frasers Group, Clark was responsible for omnichannel customer strategy and execution, and built and owned key propositions including a loyalty programme and retail media offering, which drove growth and monetisation of the Group’s customer ecosystem. He has previously headed up buying at ASOS and Zalando, before going on to serve as General Manager – Digital at Selfridges. Clark’s move to M&S comes amid a spate of new senior hires, including the appointments of Jon Rolls as Commercial & Operations Director and Jag Weatherly as Transformation Director in September 2025; and David James as Supply Chain & Logistics Director in May 2025.
The Channel 4 Board has announced the appointment of Priya Dogra as the next Chief Executive of Channel 4. Dogra, who is currently Chief Advertising, Group Data & New Revenue Officer at Sky, has more than 20 years’ experience in the media industry in the US, EMEA and the UK, spanning operations, programming, production, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Prior to joining Sky, Dogra spent 14 years at Time Warner / WarnerMedia and Warner Bros. Discovery. Most recently, she served as President & Managing Director for Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA with responsibility for programming and production, marketing, advertising, and commercial partnerships across networks, streaming, theatrical distribution and content licensing. Dogra began her career in investment banking at Citi, covering clients in the media and telecoms sectors.
Barrows Connected Store, a global platform for connected retail experiences, has announced the appointment of Alessandra Bellini OBE as Strategic Advisor to the company’s Advisory Board. As an external advisor, her role will be to provide independent oversight and unbiased, strategic guidance that helps to challenge internal thinking and support long-term growth. Marketing, media, and technology company Brave Bison has announced the appointment of Izzie Glazzard as Head of Growth & Publishing within its Media Network division. Glazzard will lead Brave Bison’s multi-platform content strategy across its media network, overseeing audience development and channel performance for owned and operated social channels. Working alongside the licensing, production, and editorial teams, Glazzard will shape content output, optimise performance through data and reporting, and support both audience growth and revenue development. Glazzard joins from PinkNews, where she was Growth & Publishing Strategist, overseeing the performance of the publisher’s owned and operated social channels. In this role, she focused on audience development and the operational frameworks required to support sustainable growth across social-first publishing.
Logistics specialist Whistl has appointed Laura Sanjurgo as Managing Director of its Mail business. Laura has been with Whistl for 16 years, rising from the role of Business Development Manager to Commercial Director over that time. She takes over from Andrew Goddard, whose role now focuses on Whistl’s Parcels and International businesses. Whistl is the largest DSA Mail operator in the UK, working with major brands such as F&F, Specsavers, Sky, and Nationwide.
Leeds-headquartered performance marketing agency Connective3 has announced the appointment of Nick Handley as Performance Director. Handley brings more than a decade of experience in the digital marketing space to the role, with expertise across strategy and paid media that spans agency and in-house. In the newly-created position, Handley will head up Connective3’s established measurement function. Working closely with CIO Alan Ng and the agency’s Innovation team, he will enhance the organisation’s measurement framework and proprietary AI technology to better integrate brand and performance activity and to clearly demonstrate the attributable value of all marketing efforts.

Perry has more than two decades of experience in scaling high-growth B2B SaaS companies and leading marketing organizations through major technology shifts. She most recently served as CMO at Later where she unified global marketing following a merger to support the company’s next phase of growth. Prior to this, as CMO at Contentful, she drove 70% year-over-year growth for two consecutive years. Under Perry’s leadership, Amperity is set to expand its global brand presence, deepen enterprise relationships, and accelerate adoption across data-intensive industries.
Adform has announced the promotion of Dovilė Buinickaitė to the role of Senior Vice President, People & Culture. In her new role, Buinickaitė will lead the company’s global people strategy across all markets, holding responsibility for talent, leadership development, and organisational culture. Formerly Vice President, HR at Adform, Buinickaitė helped to build Adform’s second-largest global site in Mumbai and supported the company’s broader growth strategy. Independent integrated brand and communications agency AgencyUK has hired Sam Bradshaw as its new Head of Media.
