Rocky, a handsome schneagle owned by Anna Sudbury, Sales Director at Getty Images, has been named as winner of the recent ‘My Dog Hero’ activation, hosted by NDA in partnership with Tripadvisor and Mars (makers of CESAR petfood).
The activation, designed to highlight the rising trend in pet-friendly travel destinations, built on the recent launch of a Tripadvisor/Mars co-branded digital hub, which encourages businesses to realise the cultural and financial benefits of becoming pet friendly.
The recent Cannes-based activity saw NDA organise a series of early morning dog walks – thanks to animal protection organisation Au Service des Animaux 06 – for those missing their pets at home. Visitors were also encouraged to submit their own dogs’ photo for inclusion on a special picture wall and public vote to choose their favourite pooch.

Rocky is to receive a special prize hamper as his reward for being the overwhelming winner of the public vote.
