VCCP Media has announced the appointment of Tom Wigley as its new Director of Digital. Wigley will be responsible for shaping VCCP Media’s digital offering, building out the agency’s performance marketing solutions and delivering commercial impact through strategic partnerships and digital innovation. He will report directly to VCCP Media’s Managing Director Lindsay Turner and will join the agency’s leadership team. Wigley was previously at EssenceMediacom UK, where he held the role of Chief Media Solutions Officer, was part of the leadership team and was responsible for overseeing the Nexus division, which included digital planning, PPC, paid social, programmatic, SEO and digital ops. Prior to EssenceMediacom UK, Wigley held the role of Chief Digital, Data & Technology Officer at Spark Foundry.

Experienced tech-industry veteran Karen Bach has joined Leeds-based outdoor advertising specialist 75Media as Chair. The appointment follows a seven figure investment in 75Media last month from NPIF II – Mercia Equity Finance, managed by Mercia Ventures as part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II (NPIF II). Bach will bring three decades of leadership experience to the UK’s fastest-growing roadside media operator as it looks to cement its position as a tech-driven pioneer in the outdoor advertising industry. She has previously held board positions at 20 fast-growth businesses, mostly in the international technology sector, and across the investor range from angel to private equity to public. As Chair, her role will involve strategic support, mentoring of the senior team, advice on governance and liaison with key stakeholders.
PMG, a global independent marketing services and technology company, has appointed Chad Stoller as Global Head of Media. In this new role, Stoller will lead global innovation for PMG’s media teams, applying his deep expertise in emerging platforms and technology-driven transformation to fuel continued growth for its customers. Stoller brings over 25 years of experience in brand innovation, integrated marketing strategy, and customer experience. Most recently, he served as Global Innovation Officer at UM, where he built and led the agency network’s global innovation framework. Stoller founded RED in 2017 as an alternative agency offering catering to ambitious brands seeking a new agency approach. Prior to that, Stoller was EVP and Managing Partner at IPG Media Lab, a dedicated hub for innovation, and held senior roles at BBDO, Organic, Arnell Group, and Surge Interactive. Stoller is based in PMG’s New York office and reports to President Jon Dupuis.
The Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA) has appointed Greg Ald as SVP, Revenue, Growth and Membership, a newly created leadership position. He will report to Chief Operating Officer Patrick Dolan and will be responsible for leading OAAA’s revenue strategy, focusing on expanding membership, strengthening partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to deliver measurable value. A seasoned media executive with more than 20 years of experience, he has held senior leadership roles at top OOH organisations including Intersection, ReachTV, JCDecaux, and most recently Adams Outdoor.
Operational machine learning (ML) and performance advertising company Moloco has appointed Jean-Luc Nahon as Head of Product for Moloco Ads. Nahon brings over 20 years of experience in product management, engineering, ML, AI, and data science. During his nearly 15-year tenure at Amazon, the majority of it in Amazon Ads, he played a pivotal role in shaping product strategies across product, engineering, data science, and marketing. In his new role, Nahon will lead the company’s strategic priorities for 2025 including a strong focus on putting advertisers and partners at the core of Moloco Ads. He will also develop the product roadmap to continue to drive real business results for customers and expand Moloco’s differentiated capabilities into new growth areas.
