Amazon Ads adds News UK audio inventory through Octave
Amazon Ads has integrated Octave, News UK’s audio and video advertising platform, into Amazon DSP.
The agreement gives advertisers programmatic access to digital audio inventory across News UK brands including talkSPORT, Virgin Radio UK, Talk, Times Radio and podcast titles through Amazon DSP.
The integration also allows advertisers to use audience data from both Amazon Ads and Octave when planning and measuring audio campaigns.
Dentsu partners with Adthena on ChatGPT advertising
dentsu has formed a UK partnership with Adthena to support brands advertising on ChatGPT.
The partnership combines dentsu’s experience managing ChatGPT advertising campaigns with Adthena’s new Decision Intelligence platform, which provides advertisers with information about competitor activity within ChatGPT’s advertising marketplace.
The companies said the service is intended to help advertisers manage bidding strategies and campaign performance as the platform expands.
Dailymotion Advertising launches Pulse platform
Dailymotion Advertising has launched Pulse in the UK, an omnichannel video advertising platform built on first-party viewing data.
Pulse uses the company’s AI engine, Ray, to analyse viewing behaviour across connected TV, desktop and mobile, enabling advertisers to target audiences using data from Dailymotion’s owned video ecosystem.
The platform also includes creative optimisation tools and campaign measurement features for cross-screen advertising.
X introduces Mentions Boost for advertisers
X has launched Mentions Boost for Premium Business subscribers.
The feature allows brands to promote organic posts mentioning their business, adding calls to action and destination links to turn customer posts into paid advertising campaigns.
Mentions Boost is available through X’s Ads Manager for Premium Business accounts.
London Wildlife Trust launches outdoor campaign with Ocean Outdoor
London Wildlife Trust has launched an out-of-home campaign encouraging Londoners to engage with the wildlife that shares the capital.
Created by Jack McPartland, the campaign uses digital outdoor advertising featuring species including foxes, hedgehogs, beavers and starlings, alongside QR codes linking to an online quiz and information about supporting urban wildlife.
The campaign is running across digital screens supplied by Ocean Outdoor through the company’s Drops in the Ocean initiative, which provides advertising space for environmental charities.
Tracksuit acquires Hall
Tracksuit has acquired Sydney-based AI visibility platform Hall.
The acquisition adds AI visibility monitoring to Tracksuit’s brand tracking platform, enabling customers to measure how brands are represented across AI platforms alongside existing brand perception metrics.
Hall’s team, including founder Kai Forsyth, has joined Tracksuit. The company also announced the completion of its executive leadership team to support international growth.
Epsilon launches Brand Pages for retail media
Epsilon has launched Brand Pages, a new feature within its retail media platform.
The tool enables brands to create dedicated pages on retailers’ websites using pre-approved templates, allowing them to showcase products, seasonal campaigns and related content while integrating directly with retailers’ online shopping journeys.
Brand Pages also provides reporting on page performance, including views, clicks, conversions and attributed sales, through a single dashboard.
Propolis publishes B2B marketing research
Propolis has published research examining how UK business leaders view the role of marketing in business growth.
Its report, The CEO Blind Spot, is based on a survey of 150 UK CEOs and senior business leaders at B2B organisations. It found that while most respondents considered marketing important, many viewed it primarily as a support function rather than a driver of commercial growth.
The research also suggested that increased investment in AI and innovation could reduce marketing’s influence in board-level decision-making.
